Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

1.1 Return Period

You may return products within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

1.2 Conditions for Return

• Unused and in original condition
• Original packaging intact with all tags
• Invoice/bill must be included
• No signs of wear, damage, or alteration

1.3 Non-Returnable Items

• Undergarments and inner wear
• Personalized or customized products
• Products marked as "non-returnable"
• Clearance or sale items (unless defective)

2. Return Process

Contact us within 7 days: Call +91-XXXXXXXXXX, Email returns@hopxsports.com, or WhatsApp. We will provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Once we receive and inspect the product (2-3 business days), approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

3. Refund Methods

UPI: 1-2 business days. Cards/Net Banking: 5-7 business days. COD orders: refund to bank account or store credit. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is defective.

4. Exchange Policy

Exchange within 7 days. Same process as returns. Replacement subject to availability. Price difference payable if exchanging for higher value; refund if lower.

5. Defective or Damaged Products

Report within 48 hours with photos and invoice. We will provide immediate replacement (free shipping), full refund including shipping, or repair where applicable.

6. Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before shipment at no cost; full refund in 3-5 business days. After shipment, cancellation is not possible; you may refuse delivery and request return (charges may apply).
